Hi there! My name is Lily Oceana and I work as an independent artist out of my studio in Chinatown, Vancouver. Here I spend time creating oil paintings, illustrations, and other mixed media works. Making art has always been my absolute favorite thing to do and through my practice I'm learning and growing everyday! My style is influenced by both cartoons and reality, and I like to try to meet both in the middle in a space where perhaps looking at a work of art feels like you're being told a story. I’ve shown my work in galleries in Vancouver, participated in arts festivals, painted murals, and put on shows in my studio. I hope my work makes you smile or laugh.
